Is there an age limit?

Yes, we require that children coming in for a Wild Child Birthday Party experience be 2 years old or older. No more than 12 years old of age. If you have any questions on the age limit please give us a call at 757-SPA-8503 or send us an email!

How do I reserve a party date?

You can book your party over the phone by calling us at 757-SPA-8503, you can book a party directly from the website, or submit a request through our Contact Form. A non-refundable $100 deposit is necessary to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received at time of booking.

What is the cost of a party?

Wild Child Spa Entertainment party pricing starts at $285 (pending party package) for 6 children (birthday child included in 6); $50 for each additional child. The maximum number of children in a spa party is 10. If wanting to include more than the maximum number of children we request you book an additional party slot to reduce your cost. Additional party add-ons are available to upgrade your party per request.

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend that you book well in advance. We suggest booking events at least 6-8 weeks in advance. However, we will accept bookings up to a week prior to your party if availability permits.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, and major credit cards. All parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit and all services require a $25 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. Any spa services over $200 will require a $100 non-refundable deposit.

When is the final payment due?

Final balance is due the day of your event and will be based upon your final headcount verified 3 days prior to your event. This information is important as it allows us to prepare for your event. Please note you will be charged the total number of children confirmed. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate.

How many adult guests can we bring to a party?

We recommend no more than 6 adult guests for any party or event.

When do I have to provide the final guest count?

We require the final guest count 72 hours prior to the party.

What if some of the kids do not show up; will I still be charged for them?

We staff prepare and set up for parties based on the final headcount so we charge for the headcount that is provided 72 hours before the party. No refund will be given to children who do not wish to participate.

How long are your parties?

Wild Child Spa parties are designed to last for 2 hours depending on what services you have booked. All parties will start off with the spa pool ball pit and then proceed to the designated services or activity. Wild Child Spa Parties run on a schedule and once an activity has been completed the experience team will continue forward with the rest of the party. Please expect to spend majority of the party completing services and activities. The last 30-40 mins will be spent in the party room for food, cake, and opening gifts.

What happens the Day of Celebration?

Guests may arrive 10 minutes prior to your event start time. Children can drop items off in their designated party room in preparation for services. Children will spend up to an 1hr and 30mins on main floor receiving spa entertainment. Children will spend the last 30 to 40 mins in their designated party room.

What happens if my guests arrive late?

Our parties are packed with fun and follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed.

What days of the week are available for parties?

We are open by appointment only. Our hours are as followed:

  • Wednesday- Thursday: 4:30p-8:30p
  • Friday-Saturday: 10:30a-8:30p
  • Sunday: 10:30a-6:30p
  • Monday and Tuesday: CLOSED

What if my child has an allergy?

Please notify us of any allergies when booking your party.

What happens in the event of inclement weather?

Wild Child Spa Entertainment reserves the right to cancel an event and offer an alternative date. All deposit are non-refundable.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my party?

All deposits are non-refundable. Once a deposit has been paid, parties may only be postponed once. We understand life happens (children become ill, family emergency, etc.). We will gladly work with you to find an alternative party date.

What do I provide?

You will need to provide plates, napkins, forks, food (including cake/cupcakes) for your guests and additional décor if needed. However, you can add our Deluxe or Premium Bonus package and we can provide food, candy bar, beverages, paper products, and décor for you. You can add these packages on when booking or you can contact us directly via email or phone.

Do you only do birthday parties or can we book individual visit?

In addition to spa birthday parties, we offer our small service packages for 1,2, or 3 children. Our goal at Wild Child is to make it an experience even if for only one child. Please look under our services tab and proceed to individual services. We also have periodic events that are open to the public, and or group events. The best way to find out about our Events is to Follow Us on Facebook or Instagram and sign up for our email list found on our website.

What makes it a Wild Child Mani and Pedi?

Our Manis and Pedis are tailored for children. For example, children often have soft, sensitive skin and do not need the use of metal tools to get a great mani or pedi.

Can Moms get a Pedi or Mani too?

On special occasion we may allow moms to book a spa service. Please remember our services are designed for children and do not include the usage of sharp implements, blades, or other tools commonly used in adult-tailored pedicures.

What is in your Spa Products?

Most of our products are designed to be organic. Our products tend to be paraben free, sulfate free, gluten free and cruelty free spa products. All of our products are Made In America. We use Independent Manufacturers in the USA, to provide our spa product bases and testing.

Our products are enriched with natural derived ingredients like Chamomile, Comfrey, Cucumber, Lavender, Coconut Oil, Safflower Oil, Coco Butter, Shea Butter, Sweet Almond Oils, Honey, Aloe Vera Leaf and Vitamin E as examples. These ingredients are designed to promote moisture and softer skin. Some of our spa products have Milk Proteins. All our spa products are TESTED ON FRIENDS NOT ANIMALS

Do you use real nail polish?

Wild Child uses real nail polish for all nail services. We do not offer harsh services like acrylic or UV-filtered gel polish.  All polish can be removed with nail polish remover. We do this for the safety of your children.

Will you post any photos to social media?

All photos taken by Wild Child Spa Entertainment during your party are solely the property of Wild Child Spa Entertainment and may possibly be used by Wild Child Spa Entertainment for advertising purposes only.

What sanitary precautions do you take?

Each event will have clean towels and disinfected spa robes. All bowls and tools are cleaned and disinfected. Disposable applicators are used for all makeup applications.


Retail Return/ Refund Policy

At Wild Child Spa Entertainment your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will arrange to have it refunded or replaced. We have the right to refuse refund. We do not refund or replace product once seal is broken or product is used and opened. We do not refund custom products or custom packaging. We do not offer a refund for lost products during shipping, you must contact USPS for your refund. Refunds are done on a case by case basis. Refunds may take up to 30 days. We do not refund International Orders and are not responsible for products condition while traveling or after traveling Internationally. We do not offer refund amount of the shipping cost of the item being shipped back to us, or original shipping charge. We refund the product price only. You are responsible for returned product shipping cost. We do not replace items damage during shipping. Please contact USPS for damage refunds.

Retail Shipping Policy

All shipping is done by USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Days. Product will not be shipped until payment is received. We ship 2-3day priority shipping with tracking number. Shipping schedules vary. Please contact us via email if you need your products rush shipped. We ship in the USA. We do not ship internationally. We take every precaution to avoid product leakage. Each spa product is sealed with proper shipping seals. We are not responsible for product replacement because of leakage or lost or stolen product during shipping. You will receive a tracking number from shipper by email, to keep track of your package. Sometimes shipping cost will be invoiced separately because of weight pricing from USPS. We Do NOT give estimated shipping cost.
